"TROPICAL
SURREALISM"
A
self-proclaimed storyteller, Kircher loves
words and what they can do, along with the power
of visuals and the emotions they generate.
He
is a renowned international marketer and advertising
professional, a producer, director, filmmaker, writer,
novelist and columnist. He is also a painter whose
style
is what he calls 'tropical surrealism.' Using
bold colors and broad brush strokes, he paints
as
passionately as he writes or creates
TV
commercials ... very
cinematically.
Well-known
as an innovative
thinker and creative conceptualist
who
is attracted to the excitement of new thought
and the challenge of doing something different, he likes
going against conventional thinking by flipping the rock over
and
looking at it from a different perspective. His dynamic paintings
are another way for him to express his attraction to words and
visuals.
Kircher has a thirst for exploring the everchanging layers and
textures in life, whether through writing, or visual interpretation.
He believes that it is the notion of what is beautiful,
or artistic, that makes all of us so interesting. As reflected
in Kircher's works of art featuring bold colors and broad brush
strokes, things have to look right ... not balanced ... just
have a purpose

"Celebrate
the Creativity"
of
noted local, regional and nationally
acclaimed artists at Artisan's Loft.
The creative work of well-known East Coast landscape
artist
Judy
Soprano
is
now on exhibit at Artisans' Loft. An award-winning artist
from nearby
Rochester, NY, Judy's watercolors and oils portray her love
of nature.
Living
on a farm as a child, Judy's rural scenes are reminiscent
of her
fondest memories growing up with her brother and playing in
the barn
for
hours. Much of her work portrays her love for barns, trees
and
graceful shadows, which dance across her landscapes.
For
Judy, painting has opened the door to creativity through which
she
found her soul. She loves painting and now knows that she
can't, not paint!
Judy
began drawing as a child and later, with encouragement from
her
late husband, studied art at both SUNY Brockport and the
Memorial Art Gallery. Her sophisticated works of art
express
true appreciation for rural beauty
and the simpler things of life.
Artisans' Loft
invites you to visit the gallery to
enjoy Judy's picturesque scenes which
are popular along the East Coast from
upstate New York to Florida.
While
the gallery features the work of over sixty
